1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate
1 1/2 cups milk
1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate
1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened cocoa powder
4 egg whites
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 (8 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O mix
1 cup lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
In a large glass or metal bowl, beat chocolate until smooth. Stir in milk, cocoa, egg whites and lemon juice. Stir with lemon sherbet and whipped cream. Chill until set, about 1 hour.
