1 (16 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (3 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O
3 cups boiling water
1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
Slice cream cheese with a spoon into thin slices. Stir in gelatin and 2 cups boiling water. Place 1 slice of jelly in the center of each slice. Spread 1/2 cup cream cheese on each slice. Place the other 1 slice cream cheese, then jelly, over the cream cheese slices. Garnish with optional strawberries and whipped topping.
