1 (4 ounce) jar grated Parmesan cheese
1 (4.5 ounce) can crushed pepperjack cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Place pan and pan in oven to cool.
In a medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Stir in the cream cheese mixture. Beat in the cheese mixture, pepperjack cheese, crushed pepperjack cheese, if desired. Pour mixture into prepared pan. Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Remove pan from oven and let cool completely. Place pan on rack in oven to cool completely. Peel and slice chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch cubes.
In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese and cream cheese mixture until thoroughly combined.
In a mixing bowl, stir together the cream cheese mixture and crushed pepperjack cheese. Mix thoroughly and spread mixture evenly over chicken.
Bake uncovered for 1 hour in the preheated oven, uncovered, uncovering pan as needed.
