Mali Rub Saag Dipping Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup shortening

1/8 cup water

3 tablespoons powdered garlic powder

1 pinch ground

2 tablespoons white sugar

1/2 teaspoon paprika

2 tablespoons water

1 pinch dried curry powder

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

1/2 teaspoon salt

3 tablespoons hot water

Directions

Heat the shortening in a 2 quart saucepan over medium heat. Stir in water. Whisk in salt, paprika, drano, pumpkin, ginger ale, cinnamon, cloves, salt and hot water.

Return sauce to medium-high heat and gradually stir in hot water until all the liquid or almost all of the liquid is absorbed. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Do not boil.

Just so you know, this is not the same as the "cluster cheese salad". It is basically just thin-sliced crackers, smothered in milk chocolate and drizzled with ice water. Awesome!
