3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Place chicken breasts in a medium saucepan and pour soy sauce over. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
Stir Worcestershire sauce into vegetables and olive oil. Place carrots in a large bowl and add soy sauce, vinegar, olive oil, orange juice, and hot pepper sauce. Cover and marinate chicken breasts in refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
Remove chicken from marinade, and remove skin. Discard skin and about 1/4 cup of the soy sauce. Mix in chicken breasts, salt, pepper, chili powder, and paprika.
Place chicken breasts in a large baking dish. Place chicken over the top of the baking dish, poached for about 10 minutes, and cooked and tender.
