Spicy Oyster Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce

1/2 cup vinegar

1/2 cup olive oil

1 cup orange juice

1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

1 tablespoon salt

1 tablespoon pepper

1 tablespoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Place chicken breasts in a medium saucepan and pour soy sauce over. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.

Stir Worcestershire sauce into vegetables and olive oil. Place carrots in a large bowl and add soy sauce, vinegar, olive oil, orange juice, and hot pepper sauce. Cover and marinate chicken breasts in refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

Remove chicken from marinade, and remove skin. Discard skin and about 1/4 cup of the soy sauce. Mix in chicken breasts, salt, pepper, chili powder, and paprika.

Place chicken breasts in a large baking dish. Place chicken over the top of the baking dish, poached for about 10 minutes, and cooked and tender.

These were deluxe requested uses. Way too expensive for the small amount spent and WAY way too many minutes spent browning the burgers. Instead of using onion powder, I would have added garlic powder and/or a touch of lemon to thicken the sauce.
