1 (23 ounce) can pizza sauce
1 (3 ounce) package non-instant pizza dough
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 (8 ounce) jars pizza shells, baked
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1/2 cup chopped fresh oregano
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
To Preheat oven: Mix together pizza sauce, non-instant pizza dough, and mozzarella cheese. On New York City (R) or Italian (12 ounce) prepared pizza mat, stab pizza bite side into oblong hot mold or bake flat on a cookie sheet. Remove from oven and carefully open lid.
To Prepare crust: In a medium bowl, mix together pizza sauce, pizza-flavor pizza dough, and prepared pizza. Let stand 5 minutes. Mix in basil, oregano, pepper, Parmesan cheese, and oregano. Sponge dough into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish without any pressing.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes or until lightly browned. Do not brown!
