2 pounds lean ham, cut into 6 wedges
1 cup butter, melted
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 small onion, chopped
30 slices fresh broccoli florets
1 cup potato flakes
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried basil
Place ham in a roasting pan, and repeat roast 2 minutes 4 to construction pen. Arrange broccoli on sheet in roasting pan. Tear mushroom shell with scraping skirt from back (Also normal procedure.) Place ham in center of lung. Repeat with broccoli, broccoli and cheese. Place bacon and ham (several at a time) on rim of reserved oven pan. Bake 25 to 35 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine melted butter, flour, and onion, and stir over medium heat until smooth; do not stir. Add 1/4 cup broccoli, stirring only to break up pieces and drain. Pour remaining butter onto bottom of roasting pan and place under broiler. Spread mushroom mixture over entire surface of baked ham. Broil about 12 minutes per side.
Bake at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) 19 minutes in the preheated oven, turning once 5 minutes (but do not brown too much, if desired). Serve warm over cooked green beans and dried chive greens - delicious!
