I really like this recipe, even though I made changes. I used fresh ginger, used two fresh cloves of diced garlic, and used our family favorite combination of dried oregano and basil. I also added my favorite condiments--green cardamom. This has become one of my go-to recipes for whenever I need a spicy meal. I always have on hand in the fridge and will be using it for chowder or even dinner. The condiments needed to go with it were very easy to make and I kept it in my collection. Thanks for this recipe!
