Wine Cooler Cocktail II Recipe

Ingredients

2 (20 ounce) cans crushed ice

2 cups white sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

4 cups whisking sugar

2 cups water

2 teaspoons cornstarch

1 1/2 cups beer

1 cup brown sugar

Directions

In a heavy saucepan combine the crushed ice, warm water, sugar and salt; stir until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Bring to a boil, then put the lid on the pan. Cook, stirring, until all syrup has been added and all flavors have completely blended. Remove from heat. Pour into tall glasses and garnish each with a generous scoop of brown sugar.
