3 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon oil
1/3 cup water
1 (3 pound) whole chicken
1 teaspoon curry powder (optional)
1/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
3 whole cinnamon stick, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 (1 ounce) package uncooked firm tofu
2 teaspoons curry powder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Combine cornstarch, curry powder, red bell pepper and water.
In a large skillet, bring broth, oil and water to a boil. Stir in chicken; reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 1 hour.
