Pork Tenderloin II Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound boneless pork loin, cut into 1 inch cubes

2 1/2 teaspoons paprika

4 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 teaspoons salt, or to taste

2 tablespoons sesame seeds

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

2 tablespoons salted peanuts

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons brown sugar, or to taste

Directions

Place pork cubes in a large bowl and press heavily to seal. Reserve any excess liquid from the cooking liquid, discard pork cubes.

Place paprika water and 2 tablespoons olive oil in small, heavy skillet. Remove from heat, and stir in salt, sesame seeds, sweet pickle relish, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, and 2 tablespoons salted peanuts. Pour over pork cubes and toss to coat.

Layer pork cubes with paprika mixture, brown coating, peanuts and soy sauce. Gently top with remaining sesame seed mixture. Sprinkle top with remaining peanut mixture. Cover skillet with aluminum foil and cook over low heat for 5 minutes, or until pork is no longer pink and juices run clear.
