3 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 cups powdered onion powder
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
2 tablespoons chopped dried herbs
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire salt
white wine to taste

In a large bowl, combine oil, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, basil, lemon juice and salt. Mix well and measure 5 teaspoons. Mix well and pour into a 10x9 inch casserole dish. Cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, turning lightly. Sprinkle red portions of marinated chicken and adjust seasoning to taste.
