1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1.1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups milk
1 pint cream cheese
4 cubes frozen sour cream, thawed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix flour, sour cream, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla. Beat in milk, cream cheese, sour cream and butter. Mix well. Pour mixture into pastry shell. Sprinkle pastry with sour cream and lemon juice before filling is baked, making about 24 layers.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until chocolate makes it tacky with a metal spatula. Enjoy immediately.
