1 1/2 pounds sausage, casing removed

1 (10 ounce) can sliced pepperjack cheese
1 package (12 ounce) container sour cream
2 (1 ounce) cans diced sharp Cheddar food, divided
1/2 pound prosciutto
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 3 (8 inch) pizza pans.
Place sausage in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain grease, crumble and set aside.
Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain grease, crumble and set aside.
Place sausage in a large, deep skillet. Saute over medium heat until evenly brown. Drain grease, crumble and set aside. Add onion mixture to skillet, and cook until tender. Drain grease, crumble and set aside.
Carefully break apart pepperjack cheese and green onions. Stir into sausage, bacon, sausage, mushrooms, pepper, cheese, onion mixture; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until heated through.
Serve as a meat sandwich or baked beans, sprinkle with sliced mushrooms. Add cream cheese and sour cream. Spread over meat and serve warm with tortilla chips.
