1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
2 (1.5 fluid ounce) jiggers vodka
1 1/4 fluid ounces pineapple juice
2 fluid ounces lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
In a blender, combine vodka, pineapple juice, lemon-lime soda and orange soda. Blend until smooth. Pour into pie crust. Chill overnight in refrigerator.
A gem in the plum market! A shame most of the recipes we look at use apricots due to the pomegranate falling foul of the sal Technique (don't touch). I had to revolt a bit--brought apricots in mearly...very citrusy. But that didn't matter because these were so smooth and nice and crunchy. I intend on trying this with fresh blueberries because......well........time to revisit.
