1 (10 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
4 sponges (3 tablespoons) gelatin
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
3 cups golfwater
1 cup vegetable oil
Preheat oven to 550 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
In a mixing bowl, beat pudding mix and gelatin until smooth. Stir in oil and whip until stiff peaks form. Pour mixture into the prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes. Cool completely before serving over ice.
