1 cup vegetable oil
1 pound celery, diced
2 carrots (optional)
1 head cabbage, cooked
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 pound mild Italian sausage, cut into 1 inch slices
1 (16 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 cup dried shred pasta
1 pound fresh mushrooms
2 green onions, diced
1 cup Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 (8 ounce) can cream cheese, softened
and 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
In a large pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add celery, carrots, cabbage, garlic, onion, bell pepper, sausage, tomato sauce, and noodles (optional). Simmer 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
