Ranch Potato Salad Recipe

Ingredients

1 (5 ounce) can minced, peeled onion

1 (3 ounce) package frozen green chile peppers, thawed

1 1/2 quarts shredded Cheddar cheese

1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1 cup chopped celery

3 stalks celery, chopped

2 oranges, peeled

1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped

Directions

Mix onion and peppers into a mixing bowl.

Fill a small bowl with cold water and punch through the soy sauce. Pour over all vegetables in and around veggie bags.

Place lettuce in center of a large salad plate. Top with cream cheese, Monterey Jack cheese and Monterey Jack cheese. In the top, blend with onion and pepper mixture. Place orange slices on top. Layer with lettuce, tomato and cream cheese mixture. Repeat with fruit, vegetables, celery and orange slices. Cover salad with remaining leafy greens.

Cover salad with plastic wrap. Serve salad over plastic wrap or serving platter by spoon. Garnish vegetables with lemon pepper.
