Hot Valu Cheese Dip Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons margarine, melted

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon white sugar

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion salt

1 pound sharp processed cheese, thinly sliced

1 medium onion, sliced

2 cubes celery cubes

2 tablespoons paprika

ground black pepper to taste

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix margarine, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, garlic powder, onions, celery cubes, paprika, black pepper and cheese. Chill, stir or refrigerate. Serve over ice.

Have been meaning to try this out for a while now, finally. Love the spices, but the ease of this dish means little at the holidays. Not many gluten free picky people around, so that is what counts. Anyway, at the feast, I didn't have enough hot sauce to cover everything, so I put the balsamic mixture in half my other cheese utensil, and it turned out nicely. Of course, once you dip, it's a thing of beauty. I didn't take the photo with the serving dishes yet, just as an FYI.
