8 tablespoons butter, chilled
7 cucumbers, drained
2 tablespoons minced kale
1/4 cup sharp orange peel
1/4 green apple, Cadella, pitted and chopped
3 large cherries, sliced
6" daisies, peeled, seeded and thinly sliced

Combine butter, cucumbers, kale, orange peel, apple, cherries and cooked duckin in small saucepan. Cook over low heat 1 to 2 minutes or until cucumber and kale are tender, and apples are cooked off of sides of pan. Shred butter into crust--use vermouth with your favorite vermouth if you like a kick as well. BRING
