Orange Cream Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18 ounce) package orange cake mix

1 cup water

3 cups orange juice

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (8 ounce) pans.

Combine cake mix, water, orange juice and orange zest.

Place under 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25 seconds and then return to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Bake for 50 to 60 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool cake completely in pan (do not cool completely) before cutting into squares. To make frosting: Beat cream cheese, honey, orange zest and orange juice in small mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
