Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients

1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch double crust pie

2 (3 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix

1 (3 ounce) can evaporated milk

1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Place 1/2 cup of the dried milk in a large blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Stir in vanilla pudding and remaining dried milk. Cover and refrigerate until firm enough to handle, about ten minutes.

In a mixing bowl, mix dry milk mixture with evaporated milk mixture until thoroughly combined. Spoon the mixture into pastry shell. Sprinkle with remaining dried milk mixture before using brownie sheet.
