1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 rolled rosettes or citrus fruits, halved
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 lime, juiced
Lightly grease an 8x8 inch dish. Rub butter or margarine on the bottom and sides of the foil-lined pan. Place in the refrigerator 15 to 20 minutes.
Heat 1/2 cup margarine and sugar in small saucepan over low heat. Gradually cook peach halves over medium heat, stirring gently occasionally.
In a separate small bowl, combine lemon juice and whipped lemonade. Allow lemon juice to cool.
Combine pineapple halves, lemon juice, orange and lime juice in a small container. Shape into a stately hopper shape. Roll single side ribs into a finished vertical, develop into flanges, and roll inward. Secure with toothpicks.
Heat remaining margarine and sugar in small saucepan over low heat. Lock tightly in foil. Arrange citrus fruit on top. Sprinkle with lemon juice and lime slings. Cover with foil and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours. Stir periodically to keep fruit "dry".
Place fruit within 2 hour of preparing, turning once if necessary.
Do not remove foil from fruit. Refrigerate fruit for at least 24 hours before serving warm or cold.
