2 1/2 cups flour
1 tablespoon white sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons olive oil
4 bread slices
1 (16 ounce) can shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Preheat oven broiler.
While bread slices are broiling, place 2 slices into a 9 inch round baking pan.
Brush bread with olive oil. Sprinkle with mustard and Italian seasoning. Sprinkle with crumbled cheese.
Put bread slices into baking pan; arrange slices on edge of pan. Broil 2 to 4 inches from heat. Cool completely.
