3 (8 ounce) cans condensed beef and pork delights
1 (16 ounce) can whole kernel corn
1 (16 ounce) bottle stewed tomatoes
2 (10.75 ounce) cans peeled and diced tomatoes with juice
1 cup raisins
500 total calories
30 crackers, diced
1 (8 ounce) package bacon, cut into 1/2-inch slices
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
ground roasted red pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine all the beef, potato, celery, green bell pepper, tomatoes, tomato juice, raisins, eggs, milk, and cheese. (Note: This recipe calls for at least 1 cup of raisins; you can use up more.) Stir briefly until well blended. Stir in bacon and salt and pepper.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes.
