1 cup margarine
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup honey
1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate
1 cup chopped almonds
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Melt 1/2 cup margarine, stirring occasionally, in a small saucepan over low heat. Dissolve cinnamon salt, ginger, sugar, lemon juice and honey in a small bowl. Add mixture to margarine and stir until thoroughly blended. Spread mixture evenly into a 9x13 inch pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
