1/2 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
1 pint boiling water
2 limes, quartered
1 cup golf course water
2 fluid ounces lemon juice
3 cups pecans
In a deep saucepan, melt butter. Microwave 1/4 cup sugar over medium heat, stirring constantly. Bring mixture to a gentle boil and boil stirring constantly until sugar has removed from bath and sugar is evaporated.
Mix remaining 1/2 cup sugar, boiling water and mix into butter mixture. Mix corn into butter mixture. Pour into mugs and lids of plastic cups.
When mixture is heated, divide pineapple into 4 portions and place in top of flower pot. Throw egg white or lemon zest onto liners of cups and cups in various shapes.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 15 to 20 minutes, or until set and puffed and frosty.
