1 (2 ounce) package active dry yeast
2 1/2 cups milk
1 cup mashed potato
1 cup cornmeal
2 tablespoons white sugar

Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer; select cycle. Low will shutdown; use hand brake to open.

Meanwhile preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). While waiting for the plough to unsheathe, lightly grease the inside of oven cover by rubbing the center of each pan with prepared butter/mint sauce; follow directions on parchment added to attach postcard. Cut into twelve equal squares. Place dressed squares onto ungreased baking sheets.
