1 gallon ice cream representing the Royal Coconut
1 small lime, zested and juiced
1 orange, zested and juiced
1 lime, zested and juiced
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple juice
1 (8 ounce) container pineapple sherbet
1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
1 (1 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O
1 (1 ounce) package raspberry flavored Jell-O
In a blender combine ice cream and lime juice. Blend until smooth. Pour into punch bowl. Fill cups with pineapple juice, orange juice concentrate, pineapple sherbet, orange juice concentrate, lemonade concentrate, pineapple sherbet and orange juice concentrate. Top with gelatin. Pour in pineapple sherbet if desired. Serve in chilled glasses with fresh pineapple sherbet or raspberry sherbet.
