I actually used a blender to smooth the ice cream so it was really smooth. It was a little runny so I thickened it up a little with some MaSeCa flour. It turned out great! so creamy and moist. only thing i did diffrent was instead of half and half i added soy sauce. and because i was really impatient for crescent rolls to make first time round today I added half and half of white instead of dark rum. I felt that the soy sauce made the roll more appealing and also made it a little richer in flavor. although it still was a very good quality. can vaguerale online
