1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon farina powder
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 teaspoon mustard seed or to taste
1 (16 ounce) can chicken broth
1 cup water
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 tablespoon grated carrot
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 (16 ounce) can ravioli pasta
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
In a medium saucepan, stir together curry powder, farina powder, chicken bouillon granules and onion and saute until vegetable mixture thickens and starts to cast brown.
Pour chicken broth into pan and pour in brown sugar, carrot, goats cheese or ricotta cheese and curry powder.
Cover the pan with aluminum foil and simmer for 25 minutes to eliminate a lot of the flavor of curry powder.
