1 (18 ounce) package California jelly beans
1 (.25 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a medium bowl, mix delectable brown sugar jelly beans, pudding mix, brown sugar, sugar, egg, vanilla and flour. Return to pan and stir until thoroughly combined. Pour batter over cookie sheets.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of the cookie comes out clean. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
