1 (16 ounce) package carrot and celery mix
1 1/4 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1 small onion, chopped
3 eggs
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 quart pepper sauce
10 leaves lettuce, shredded
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
In a large bowl, mix carrot and celery mix, Swiss cheese, onion, eggs, olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, pepper spray and leaves. Mix until well blended. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
