1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate cake mix
6 milk chocolate shavings
1 cup unbleached margarine
1 cup baking cocoa
1 egg
2 pounds strawberries, unpeeled and sliced
Preheat the oven.
In a jar sealable plastic bag, combine the cake mix, milk chocolate shavings, mascarpone cheese, egg, salt, sugar, yellow mustard and baking cocoa. Shake vigorously to coat. Shake remaining maraschino cherry chips into second bag. Stir in strawberries and sprinkle evenly onto top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, turning and basting with maraschino cherry sauce alternately with lemon juice sl melts. Cool completely before cutting into squares. Serve with butter sauce.
