1/2 bunch fresh oranges - peeled, juiced and frozen
3 cups water
1 cup orange juice
1 cup orange juice concentrate
2 lemons, finely chopped
Gently peel oranges from their water, and place in ice cube trays. Pour orange juice into both refrigerated and freezer containers, growing and squeezing juice first by hand until it is necessary to blend. Do not refrigerate oranges, as frozen orange juice may be destroyed by the condensation from the orange peel.
In a small saucepan, mix orange juice concentrate, lemon zest and orange juice. Pour mixture over orange-flavored fruit in refrigerator containers. Store orange juice containers in the refrigerator.
