1 (2 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup ketchup
1 medium onion, diced
2 tablespoons molasses
1 dash hot pepper sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and ketchup together. Mix in onion, molasses, hot pepper sauce, chicken broth and Worcestershire sauce. Pour mixture into a small saucepan.
Bring large pot of water to a boil. Stir in cream cheese mixture, stirring until well blended. Boil, stirring constantly, for 6 minutes.
Stir in parsley. Place in saucepan, and cook over medium heat until turns from light brown to deep green. Remove from heat.
