Honey and Herb Butter Recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs

1 cup whole milk

1/3 cup margarine, softened

1 onion, chopped

2 teaspoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons hot water

Directions

Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water . Bring water to a boil, and immediately take cover. Cook eggs until firm, about 2 to 8 minutes. Drain again cool. Meanwhile, combine milk, cream cheese, salt, lemon juice, water, and seasoning packet in medium bowl. Mix into cold water and place into saucepan; blend. Cook until mixture reaches desired consistency.

I changed the proportions on the nuts to cheerios, and I used Hershey's Dark Cocoa powder, but it still was a pretty big hit. It was sooo easy; and I loved the chocolate flavor. It was perfect from start to finish. I will make this again!

I make no bones about it - this is the BEST butter I've ever had! I was on a honey butter kick, so I made this recipe. I put all ingredients in a food processor for a few seconds - it chopped them up great. It's the only way I can get honey on my toast - it's life!
