5 pork chops
1 cup soy sauce
1 (32 fluid ounce) can or bottle soy beans
3 tablespoons minced new scallions
8 tablespoons chicken broth
8 tablespoons saltine cracker crumbs
1 tablespoon fresh ground black pepper
4 tablespoons heavy cream
Melt oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Saute pork and soy sauce in pan until brown; remove from heat and stir in soybeans and scallions. Whisk in broth and saltine cracker crumbs. Return pork and broth mixture to pan over medium-low heat and keep cooking over medium/high until tender, about 20 minutes.
Combine cream and sauce in a medium bowl. Add mixture to pork and stock. Add turkey to pan; reduce heat to low and simmer 5 to 15 minutes. Add cream and simmer until sauce thickens; heat down to medium-low and simmer 5 to 15 minutes more. Garnish with pepper and drizzle with heavy cream.
