1 cup boneless, boneless meat loafs
6 tablespoons butter
1 (14 ounce) can peeled, cored and diced tomatoes - rinsed, dried and crumbled
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 large rib chops
2 pounds pork meat, bone removed
In a medium skillet over medium heat, melt butter and saute tomatoes, chili powder and roast meat until tender.
Reduce heat to medium, add water. Reduce heat to low and simmer for an hour.
