1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 (10 ounce) cans crushed pineapple with juice
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 egg
1 cup apple cider vinegar
3 cups white sugar
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons allspice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg, lightly beaten
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9 inch pie pan.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in the sugar and butter until well blended. Stir in brown sugar. Mix in vinegar, sugar, butter, brown sugar and allspice. Mix together until well blended. Gradually blend in apple cider vinegar, mixing well after each addition. Pour mixture into pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
