1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup unsalted chocolate
1/3 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/3 cup rum flavored creamer
1 cup confectioners' sugar for dusting
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a large bowl, cream together the oil, chocolate, sugar, vanilla, rum, cream cheese mixture and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Roll dough into 2 inch squares. Use pennies or semisweet chocolate chips for the tops of the cookies. Place cookies inside cookie sheets. Dust generously with the remaining drops of rum and chocolate syrup.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool for 5 minutes on the cookies before removing from cookie sheets.
