4 slices bacon, diced
1 (16 ounce) can sliced ripe tomatoes
1 small onion, diced
1 cup taco seasoning mix
6 sweet olives

Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet, leave grease in skillet, and drain. Stir in tomatoes, onion, taco seasoning, sweet olives, and tomatoes and onions.
Heat oil in a medium skillet and saute the bacon. Mix in tomato mixture, orange juice, onion miso and ricotta cheese. Return all ingredients to the skillet.
Cook 6 to 7 minutes or until heated through. Serve warm or cold.
