1 (18 ounce) package Grasshopper Brownies
1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
Place brownies in a large resealable plastic bag; pour the chocolate over the brownies.
Mix together chocolate and instant coffee; press into brownie pan. Cool.
Pour the vanilla extract into a small bowl; pour over brownie. Chill overnight in the refrigerator. Cut into squares. Store brownies in plastic bags.
