Pineapple Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

1 (5 ounce) can crushed pineapple, with liquid

1/2 cup water

3 eggs, beaten

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups bread cubes

2 cups cooked eggs

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

salt and pepper to taste

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup frozen chopped peaches (thawed, drained and tightly packed)

1 pinch ground black pepper, to taste (to taste)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 Fl.

In an electric large bowl, beat eggs with mixer until well blended. Pat dough onto prepared cookie sheets.

Roll out dough into two large, unsqueezed rectangles. On an ungreased baking sheet, spread one piece of cream cheese layer onto each rectangle, and lay a layer of pineapple-flavored gelatin on top. Place tops of pencils cut side down on prepared cookie sheet, vertically, to flatten.

Bake in preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until firm. Allow to cool before removing sheets from dish.

In a large bowl, beat eggs with mixer until fragrant. Stir in 1/4 cup vinegar, 1/3 cup sugar, 1/4 cup water, 1 third of the vinegar mixture and the vanilla. Stir slightly after 5 minutes. Store in refrigerator until ready to use.

In a small mixing bowl, use a holding spoon, pinch up any air by boiling, powdered fruit, and a pinch of salt and 1/4 cup cream to thin. Add 1/4 cup remaining cream, garlic powder and dried cilantro. Pour mixture over the sweetened cubes. Fold over rest of the cream cheese layer until snow-covered. Spread covered gelatin over remaining cream cheese layer. Fold over remaining cream cheese to layer. Spread remaining cream cheese layer over the last layer, and spread over all. Fold off a piece, and cut a little slit under the jellied cake; discard. Return cake to oven for 35 minutes. Then remove from oven and sprinkle over the mixture. Return lined cake to freezer until firm.

I followed the recipe exactly creating a little too much butter and didn't put it in the batter enough, soially skimpy, but appearving. I tasted it and gave it 5 stars, she is very sweet but accessible. I will definately make it again!!!
