1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 1/2 tablespoons beef bouillon granules
2 tablespoons reduced fat Italian-style Italian dressing
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon dry mustard
Preheat grill for high heat.
In a small bowl, whisk together egg, Worcestershire sauce, bouillon, Italian dressing, Worcestershire sauce, salt, paprika, dry mustard and salt pork fat to form a paste.
While meat dries on a clean griddle, cook burgers on both sides.
Drizzle hisses marinade on burgers with chili powder or as desired and grill in hot grill or broiler setting about 2 or 3 minutes per side.
