1 cup butter, softened
2/3 cup packed light brown sugar
2 cups white sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 (19 ounce) can sour cream, unsweetened
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Grease an 8x8 inch pan. Beat butter, brown sugar and white sugar in small mixer bowls until well blended. Stir in eggs, vanilla and sour cream. Set aside.
Bake 20 minutes in the preheated oven.
