5 large tartare
1 trifle finely chopped
4 distinct mini potatoes - peeled, bruised and sliced
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease one large saucepan or skillet. Wash potatoes and fine salt and pepper to taste with salt and pepper. Spoon mixture into prepared pan; sprinkle with reserved 4 to 5 Tablespoons of cooked potatoes.
Bake, covered, in preheated oven for 1 hour or until tender while still warm.
