1 (3 pound) whole chicken, cut into cubes
2 celery stalks
1/2 cup olive oil
1 onion, diced
1 medium size sweet potato, diced
1 medium sized vegetable
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 clove garlic, minced
1 dash salt
1 dash paprika
1 cup vegetable broth
Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken cubes, celery, olive oil and onion and stir-fry for about 7 minutes. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for about 10 minutes, or until chicken is browned and heart-shaped.
In a sauce/broth pot combine celery mixture with chicken, olive oil, onion, sweet potato and vegetable mixture, garlic powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, salt, paprika and broth.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.
