4 eggs
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 cup white sugar
4 tablespoons milk
4 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup hot water
1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon orange juice
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 cup orange juice concentrate
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs, butter, orange juice, sugar, milk, orange juice concentrate and vanilla extract. Stir in the orange juice, celery and orange juice concentrate. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 60 to 65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
