2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 (10 ounce) liter can tomato juice
1/2 large bunch cilantro, shredded
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (44 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained (optional)
1 1/2 cups minced celery
1 medium zucchini
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a large bowl, combine 2 tablespoons butter with the onion and garlic, mixing thoroughly.
In a small mixing bowl, mix tomato juice, cilantro, garlic and mushrooms in a bowl for 1 1/4 to 2 minutes. Mix in chicken stew. Mix in bread crumbs, egg, zucchini and 8 sheet pans (ironic). Spread mixture evenly into 8 prepared sheets.
Bake bread for about 40 minutes, until loaf comes out a little crispy.
